TERMS
- Shipping for
international orders is by EMS
Global Express (4-5 business days), and shipping charges apply. Rates vary by
country. EMS shipping includes $100 postal insurance
coverage, but full coverage can be purchased for a modest
fee. Full coverage for a $900 shipment is approximately
$8.
- Bulk orders may
be paid for by credit card, check or postal money order. A
2.4% transaction fee applies on orders paid for with a credit
card.
- A 5-day delay will apply on orders paid by personal
check.
- NOTE: Discounts for
international orders are higher to offset costs such as import
tariffs and added VAT taxes that US
distributors do not have to contend with.
- To place an order, send a FAX to 1-413-895-4798 with the following information:
- Model numbers, how many of each
- Name on credit card
- Credit card type, number, expiration date
- CSC
number on the back of the card
(to the right of the signature)
- Billing address and shipping address
- Preferred e-mail address
You will be contacted by email
verifying the total cost of the bulk order
as calculated by our shipping department, and to set up
arrangements for payment. Credit cards will not be
charged nor will orders be shipped without the customer's
approval of the total amount due.

II. Special Start-up Discount
|
ClearVision Hawaii offers a special start-up discount arrangement for those interested
in becoming distributors but who can't afford the cost of a large initial order.
Persons who qualify may receive the standard distributor's 50% discount on orders of 15 pairs
by complying with the following conditions:
- Place an initial order of 15 pairs of glasses or more using a credit card.
- Place follow up orders of 15 pairs or more at intervals of 90 days or
less to reach a total of 75 pairs within a period of 12 months. If additional pairs of glasses are not ordered at any 90-day
interval, it will be assumed that distribution has stopped. At that time the discount rate will be adjusted according to the
number or pairs ordered to date and the difference still owed charged to the credit card on file.
- Prospective distributors should email us with any questions they may have while providing details about how and where they propose to market the products.
