I. Flat Rate Shipping

ClearVision Hawaii has a flat shipping and handling fee of $5.95 (US, CA, MX) and $8.95 to all other foreign countries. USPS Delivery Confirmation service is provided for all domestic (US) deliveries at no extra charge to customers. A Registered Mail option is offered to all international customers (incl. CA and MX) for an additional fee described in the chart below. Please note that CVH cannot be held responsible for unregistered orders that become lost in the mail.

II. Speedy Delivery

Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours via the US Postal Service (USPS). Typical delivery time is 4 to 7 business days to the U.S., but it could take longer. Orders shipped to other foreign countries take between 7 and 14 business days, although depending on the country, it could take even longer. When there is a delay, it is almost always caused by the postal operations in the country of delivery, not by CVH or USPS.

III. Secure Shipping

At ClearVision Hawaii, we print our own postage. One advantage of digital postage is that it makes shipments traceable by using serial numbers that identify the purchaser. Both postage and customer address labels are barcoded, identifying CVH as the issuer of the postage. While nobody expects terrorists to use Internet stamps, traceable postage should give comfort to people who are fearful of opening packages from strangers.
